I played a pivotal role in leading the transition of a startup tech company from a basic tech business to a revenue-generating company driven by sales. She developed the route to market strategy to break into the Auto-tech market by structuring their commercial team, while developing the functional capabilities of the human resources therein. Precious has also handled several trainings and workshop sessions for start-ups and local businesses looking to scale and increase their revenue, as well as improve their sales culture and capability development of their sales teams. She is a wellness advocate and has mastered the art of balancing her work and life in such an admirable way. She is building a wellness and fitness community for like minded women to find fulfilment in themselves through wellness, fitness and self awareness.
